1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaravelSitesHub (the “Platform”), located at our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and LaravelSitesHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any revisions to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Intellectual Property

LaravelSitesHub offers premium, production-ready Laravel applications and digital products (“Apps”) for download. All Apps, content, branding, and materials on this Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of LaravelSitesHub or its licensors, and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws — including but not limited to the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and international conventions.

Upon completing a purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased App for your own personal or commercial project. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

Under this license, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or re-package the App — in whole or in part — as your own product.
• Upload or share the App on any marketplace, code repository, or file-sharing platform without our prior written consent.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, attribution, or proprietary markings included in the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code beyond what is provided.
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service.

Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and access to the Platform, without refund, and may expose you to legal liability.

4. Payments & Pricing

LaravelSitesHub is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your purchase and the price you see at checkout is the total you pay. For international customers, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, or levies applicable in your country.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

5. Refund Policy

All products sold on LaravelSitesHub are digital, downloadable goods, and are delivered in full the moment download access is granted. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for a purchase made in error.

We do review refund requests individually in a limited set of situations — including duplicate payments, non-delivery, a significantly misrepresented product, and critical technical defects we are unable to resolve. Eligible requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.

6. User Accounts

To access purchased Apps, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at support@laravelsiteshub.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading transactions.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team. This does not apply to genuinely fraudulent transactions, which you may always dispute with your bank.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract Platform data without our written permission.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaravelSitesHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party websites. Your use of any linked website is entirely at your own risk.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
